These magnetic strips work extraordinary well on a cart canopy equipped with GPS, the horizontal bar provides an ideal mounting location, but the vertical bar could also be utilized. Both the front and back of the bar can support the strips as well. 

Suggestion: Put the  positives on the back and the negatives on the front.  You always want to know which negatives you need to get rid of.
